New 2015 GMC Acadia is getting everyone talking. It is rated at 7.7 out of 10 stars by customers. This 7 to 8 passenger SUV is expected to hit the market early 2015 or late 2014. The 2015 GMC Acadia Denali will have a standard powered sunroof and on the 2015 SLE trims we are getting satellite radio with 6 speakers. Both Denali and SLT trims will have a Bose premium system of 10 speakers so you can be sure that you will be enjoying the highest quality of audio.
No word is heard about the Acadia powertrains. The V6 engine will have a 3.6L displacement and variable valve timed technology. This engine pumps out 281 to 288 horsepower at 6300 rpm depending on the exhaust that is used while the torque of 270 Ib-ft is available at 3400rpm. To restrain all that power and keep everything in control due to the mass of the vehicle we are getting four wheel disc antilock brakes plus stability and traction control. 2015 GMC Acadia will be able to tow a maximum of 5200 pounds and to return fuel consumption on the highway of 23-24mpg and in the city about 16-17mpg.
The 2015 GMC Acadia base SLE-1 trim is priced at $33,975 while the top of the line trim the Denali AWD can be bought for $49,690. This price range is due to the variations in the trims and equipment level, if you chose additional options price could go even higher.
